When you create an account, this site stores your normalized email and a salted one-way cryptographic hash of your password. The original password cannot be retrieved from that hash. Certificates are private by default. If you enable public visibility, the public page shows only your alias, tier, partially masked key, issuance time, and a QR code that points to that page. Registry credentials are free during beta. The manual's internal-use license uses Stripe-hosted checkout. MERCY KEY does not request or store card numbers or bank details. Stripe processes payment under its privacy terms; this website serves the complete PDF without requiring payment verification or an email address. If checkout is not yet open and you explicitly join a product launch list, we store the email you submit, the product identifier, source, and timestamps. We use it only to send the requested purchase link and essential product updates. For product support, we store your email, selected topic, product identifier, source, and request timestamps. We use these only to review and reply to your request, not for marketing. If you request an AI Agent Readiness Review, we store your work email, optional organization name, system stage, selected capability categories, the optional summary you submit, source, and timestamps. We use this information only to evaluate and reply to that inquiry. You may delete your registration from the Dashboard at any time. Deletion removes the registration record, immediately invalidates its key, and makes its public certificate unavailable. You control whether the certificate is public. You can change that setting or delete the entire registration from the Dashboard. Product launch email and inquiry follow-up are opt-in. To request deletion of a submitted email or inquiry, choose the deletion topic in the support form, even if you have not received a reply. Identity may need verification before deletion; submitting the form does not delete data automatically.
